Pulse Solutions commits to the privacy of our customer information, any information shared with us is never shared with any third party unless either you give us explicit permission to do so or the law of the land requires us to do so.

Our site uses forms in which you give us contact information (your name, address, daytime telephone number, and email address) so you can place orders, request information and support, and make product suggestions. This information will only be used by a designated sales manager to make contact and build a service proposal for you. The information you leave including your contact details, project information and development ideas will either be archived in your protected client folder or destroyed if we do not win your business.

Services

Pulse services include but are not limited to web design, software development, reselling of commercial products and digital marketing activities. Every service we deliver is designed to contribute to the clients success, we work as a hired hand to build software systems that clients need and retain no intellectual property once the software has been deployed and bills paid.

Customer information access is strictly limited to our DevOps team via dedicated safe IPs and hardened passwords that are changed on a schedule. Our systems are PCI verified and are constantly scanned for vulnerabilities.

Customer information is the customer’s property, Pulse retains no rights whatsoever to customer information.

What Happens to my Personal Information if I Terminate my Pulse Solutions Account?

When you cease to be a Pulse Solutions customer all of your personally identifiable information is placed in “deactivated” status on our relevant Pulse Solutions databases. However, you should know that the deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our database entirely. We will retain and use your personally identifiable information if necessary in order to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
